Maintenance Services

We are offering monthly, quarterly and semi-annual service plans for both residential and commercial.  We will be offering these residential plans for an initial price of $200 per month for monthly, $275 per quarter for quarterly and $350 per visit for semi-annual.  We will be offering these commercial plans for an initial price of $275 per month for monthly, $350 per quarter for quarterly and $425 per visit for semi-annual.  These plans will be invoiced after our scheduled visit and will be payable by check, credit card or online banking (paypal ).  With all new service contracts we will do an initial visit to become familiar with your home and its systems and schedule your first service visit.  Each visit will be approximately 2.5 hours and the first half will be dedicated to the maintenance service list and the last half will be for minor repairs or honey-do list items.  With each visit up to $50 dollars in materials will be included and any minor repairs necessary or honey-do’s that can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less.  Any additional materials will be billed as a separate item at our cost and any necessary repair that will take longer than 30 minutes will be given as an estimate.
